Pretty dam good gig. Favourite was Cher and stay. Couple of beers then back to hotel kids loved it. Tea bottle champagne and sleep !!!

Morning

Pretty dam good sleep in the hotel bed room a bit hot like. Quick puff on sky cig, pisses off the mrs like as she can't have a fag - bummer !

Been shopping now back at hotel bar for couple of beers before gig. Bloody dissapointed the pints nae that great it's more Beekies than hotel in fact I think Beekies is better. Expected the best pint ever - pish!!
Having a laugh ordered pironi this time thinking fancy glass good pint its worse :-(

Hilton

Not long arrived at the Glasgow Hilton for x factor the morns night. Pretty impressive family room. Dodo Catriona straight into the mini bar oh look champagne, pulls about three things out until we notice as soon as it's moved charged to your room !! £14.95 for glass and half what the Fuck ! Bottle heineken £4.75 and it's nae even chilled tasted ok though !!
Sky cig is coming in handy as we are on the 12th floor and cannae be arsed going all the way down.
Red wine time I think took that with me though !!

Cat just down for a smoke and her and Cole running back up all excited 'we seen Billy Connolly' !! Cole just said mum you were embaressing in front of a famous person lol.
Just finished watching social network thought it was pretty good !
Vino about finished bed beckons couple more draws of the sky cig.

Thursday

One minute in the dour and the moaning has started from one of the moaners. Headphones in time.
Totally pishing of rain today glad I have the sky cig cause I ain't getting wet.
Two days to work then Glasgow for the weekend to see X Factor.... Its for the kids, honestly !!

Monday

Met up with Scott his brother Steve,his Dad and one of his mates. So we all bought a round each, so had 4 Guinness's and vodka irn bru. Feel fine today ! Might of been different if I had the lager it looked more like cider.
It was a good catch up and hoping to get over to Dublin this year to visit. Only had one real cig and puffed on the sky cig the rest of the time.

Monday

Well it's Monday already, I so hate mondays... Well I just hate work would be more appropriate.
Had another night on Saturday it was raising funds for the local football teams, good night, great band. Got home about 2 am which was really 3. Had quite a few real cigs but in my defence the sky cig battery ran out !!
Sunday went out to watch Scotland Brazil game, few pints but wasn't really in the mood home about 6 as the wife was going to bingo so caught up with UFC and played a bit of black ops. Also charged the ciggies up for Monday.
My mate Scott is over from Dublin just now so meeting him tonight will need to take it easy though as that was a heavy weekend !

Bad

Yeah you probably guessed fell off the wagon last night re. Ciggies blame Grant as he smokes like a lum. So back on the sky cig today.

Aw no

Got the oldests footie in 45 mins ! Need to get some mints bonus is it's in the village - thank fuck as I couldnae drive anywhere ! Really need the hair of the dog !

Think my contact lenses are stuck to my eye lids somewhere. It's gonna be a long day. Oh no hud on it's Saturday - brilliant ! Heid back doon and sleep.

New Method

I may have to change the title of the blog as I am now venturing on a new method of giving up smoking. It's using the new Sky Cig. It's an electronic one that has a vapouriser and you insert the desired flavour of filter. Smoke it like a normal cigarette and you inhale and exhale as normal except the smoke (vapour) is harmless and odourless. Pity the guy on my bus today wasn't odourless he bloody stinks thing is I move seats nearer the front which was fine until I think a potential vampire slayer came on and sat behind me ! Fuckin hell he stank of garlic, my nose was nipping it was that strong but it was either that or the strong stale smell of piss coming from the sweaty fat minky bastard at the back.
Anyway back to the cigarette, so far it works pretty good down to about 4 real ones a day through the week , I just try and remove a cigarette a day at the moment. You don't seem to get withdrawal so much as your still getting nicotine.
So we will see how it goes.
A test today though as meeting up with a couple of mates at lunch time for a few beers......

New Year

Right its that time of year again when I want to stop smoking ! Haven't decided by which method yet but going to find out about a few different options.
Work quiet today and have a boring fuckin meeting later on, which is just going to be shit !
Going to try and keep the blog going longer this time and crack this smoking lark.
Couple of pints the night hopefully after work.................
